Associate Chiropractor

Location: Clarkston, Glasgow, Scotland
Contract Type: Self-employed
Hours: Approx. 35 contact hours per week
Start Date: Open to immediate or soon-to-qualify applicants

The Role

Clarkston Chiropractic is expanding! We’re looking for a driven and compassionate Associate Chiropractor—new graduate or experienced—to join our thriving practice.

What we offer

While we currently practice ABC, Diversified and Activator, however we are open for you to create your own chiropractic style and choose how to treat your patients in-line with Practice guidelines and ethos. Must be registered with the General Chiropractic Council. Patient appointments last 20 minutes to one hour.

  • A full-time position with around 35 patient contact hours per week
  • Self-employed role with a 50% split on services
  • Guaranteed weekly retainer of £150 for the first 6 weeks (or 50% of services if higher)
  • First GCC registration fee paid by us
  • One paid seminar of your choice in year one (to an agreed amount)
  • Flexibility in technique choice (we currently use ABC, Diversified, and Activator)
  • Full training, mentorship & business development support
  • Marketing fully funded by the practice
  • Opportunity to build a new patient base from an existing 6-week waiting list
  • International applicants welcome (note: sponsorship is not available)

What we’re looking for

You will be an organised, dependable and patient focused individual with the ability to make decisions and work on your own initiative while supported by a strong team. Drive, enthusiasm, ambition, and excellent communication skills are also crucial for this role.

You should also have:

  • GCC registered (or about to be)
  • Patient-focused, dependable, and enthusiastic
  • Ready to build a patient base, take initiative, and work both independently and within a team
  • Strong in communication and clinical reasoning
  • Qualified with a Master’s in Chiropractic
  • First Aid trained or willing to complete within 6 months
  • Eligible to work in the UK
About us

Founded in 2009, we are a busy, dynamic clinic seeing 200+ patients per week with a consistent 6-week new patient waiting list. You’ll join a warm and experienced team of 3 Chiropractors, 4 Chiropractic Assistants, and a knowledgeable Owner/Manager with a track record of managing over 20 clinics and mentoring over 50 Chiropractors.

We believe in clinical freedom, professional development, and building strong relationships with our patients and each other. Our training goes beyond clinical care to include the business and marketing side of chiropractic.
